It’s too soon to put the glove down and hang up the cleats. Going Yard Training Centre is pleased to present Fall Ball 2017 Programs. Featuring coaches Mathew Kosteniuk, Jordan Draeger, Brody Boyenko, Dan Morari and Marshall Dean. The goal of GY Fall Ball is to improve the fundamental skill level of each player, and to instill fun and overall excitement for the game of baseball. Going Yard Baseball has a lot to offer for information and learning the game, and to develop relationships with other baseball players in the city of Saskatoon and area.

There are two main programs to chose from. The first is the instructional league. It is a 12 week camp setting that runs from August 19th 2017 to November 4th 2017. Your player will attain over 30 hours of instruction with our team. 2 hours + every Saturday morning from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. And one hour of hitting instruction on Wednesday evenings.

The second package is the Fall Ball Travel Team package. By registering for this program you are looking to extend your season with skilled coaches that will work to strengthen the fundamentals of your player in a team setting similar to that of a summer team. Coaches will be required to run 4 hours of instructional practices per week, as well as a weekend game schedule. Going Yard Training Centre staff are currently creating a fall schedule to compete with other programs around the province and Alberta.

If you would like to try-out for the Going Yard Travel Team, but are unsure if your player will make a team we present the option of trying out on August 19th. Once players are placed on their rosters the remainder of players will then have the choice to re-direct to the instruction program, or cease training for the fall.
