Wyatt has been with Going Yard Training Center since May 2016, and has logged over 100 hours as an instructor. Providing instructional lessons at Going Yard allows him to share his passion for baseball with others. Wyatt played his minor baseball career with the Saskatoon Red Sox, Saskatoon Rays, Saskatoon A’s and the AAA Diamondbacks. Along the way he collected one provincial title and attended Western Canadian and National Championships as a pick up player several times. Wyatt represented Team Saskatchewan from 2011-2014 and competed at the national stage at the Western Canada Summer Games, the Canada Summer Games and the inaugural Tournament 12 showcase, where he was named a tournament all-star. Wyatt attended the Vauxhall Academy of Baseball for the 2013-2014 season, and graduated from Vauxhall High School. Wyatt spent two years at Montana State University Billings and two years at Minot State University. In 2018 Wyatt led his team in multiple hitting categories and stolen bases. Wyatt is studying pre-professional physical therapy while also playing NCAA baseball. Wyatt specializes in hitting and outfield techniques, but is proficient in other areas of the game as a former pitcher and infielder. He enjoys discussing the philosophies of hitting and working with individuals to improve their game. Wyatt is passionate about his work, and strives to help young players develop as both an athlete and a person, while helping them discover what it takes to take their game to the next level.
